The survey questionnaire through paper-pencil and online served as the instruments in gathering data. The researchers gathered information from middle-aged individuals who are using online banking in selected areas of Cavite. The study revealed that 73 percent of the participants were females, college graduates, and full-time employees. Likewise, majority of the participants have a monthly income ranging from P11,068 to P43, 067 and doing clerical jobs. The participants were concluded as highly adaptable in engaging in online banking system. Moreover, the study also revealed that there is no significant difference between sex, educational attainment and employment status and level of adaptability of middle-aged towards online banking. The result also showed that the socio-demographic profile of the participants has no significant relationship nor significant difference on the level of adaptability in the online banking system. Lastly, the study revealed that security risk was the most common problem encountered by middle-aged individuals among the four identified problems in adapting the online banking system. On the other hand, cost incurred was found as the most influential factor in the adaptability of middle-aged individuals.
