Exceeding amount of food and animal wastes are common problem in eateries and animal farms. That is why the proponents developed this kind of innovation to solve the problem.
This study aimed to create a system that converts food and animal wastes into renewable energy. It helps the eateries and animal farms reduce wastes.
The general objective of the study was to design and develop steam turbine powered by biogas energy for the benefit of eateries, animal farms and most especially, the country.
The design and development of biogas powered steam turbine energy generating system was conducted and developed at Brgy. San Agustin, Trece Martires City, Cavite and at the Department of Industrial Engineering and Technology from December 2018 to March 2019 and evaluated at electrical laboratory under the College of Engineering and Information Technology.
The materials used in the project design was canvassed at Quiapo, Sta. Cruz, Manila. The proponents searched for the needed materials, and checked its availability for the design project. The material used were considered and analyzed carefully. The table and biogas energy container of the system used in the project was constructed at Brgy. San Agustin, Trece Martires City, Cavite. G.I sheet was used for the table and it connected by welding.
