A four-month enterprise development project was conducted at Kaybagal Central, Tagaytay City, Cavite from January 2017 to April 2017. The project aimed to: describe the production of printed t-shirt, determine the marketing communication program of the business that would introduce the product/brand in the industry and, determine the problems encountered in the t-shirt printing business.
The project covered all the functional management areas such as organization, production, marketing and finance. Through this project, students were able to apply their knowledge and ideas in decision making and strategies. It is also enhanced the attitude and relations to the group mates and clients.
In production, entrepreneurs knew the importance of man power in business, on how it can affect the productivity of the business.
Marketing is one of the most important aspects in business; the entrepreneurs used tarpaulin, leaflets and online marketing.
