The Development of KNOw Cyberbullying: An Android Application was developed to give awareness and proper knowledge regarding anti-cyberbullying to its users. In conducting this study, the researchers used survey questionnaire and interviews to gather data from the guidance counselors and students.
The study includes three (3) modules which are the information, assessment and interactive module. The researchers used Agile Methodology as a guide in developing the mobile application. It contains six (6) phases: planning, analysis and design, development, testing, deployment and evaluation.
In the software evaluation, the researchers used the following criteria: functionality, reliability, usability, efficiency, maintainability, portability and user-friendliness. The mobile application was evaluated by the IT professionals, guidance counselor of Office of the Student Affairs and Services (OSAS) and the students of Cavite State University — Indang Campus. The software had met all the needed requirements and passed all the requirements for the evaluation. The software quality contains standard set of characteristics including functionality, reliability, usability, efficiency, maintainability, portability and user-friendliness, Overall results for technical and non-technical evaluation oft the application was judged to be “excellent”,
