The study was conducted to identify the Graduates Job Satisfaction and Employer °s Job Satisfaction with Graduates of College of Criminal Justice batches 2010- 2016 in terms of Adaptive Skills, Teamwork and Interpersonal Skills, Technical Skills and Domain-specific Knowledge, and Practicable Skills. Descriptive — correlational design was used in this study. it involves analysis and evaluation of the graduate's job satisfaction and employer's job satisfaction to the graduates of College of Criminal Justice, in this study, this method was used to describe the difference between the graduate's job satisfaction and employer's job satisfaction of the respondents. The participants of the study are composed of employers and the graduates of College of' Criminal Justice, Cavite State University-Main Campus batches 2010-2016. This study involved a total of 122 participants but unfortunately 78 of them answered the questionnaire. Fifteen (15) of those participants were unemployed. Nine (9) of those who were not able to respond were in their training camp in Laguna and Bataan, six (6) of them were Army, Navy, Coastguard, PNP, SAF, Scout Ranger. Two (2) of them are working abroad and twelve (12) of them changed their location and contact number as well as their email address. Results of the analysis had a very high interpretation with a 3.48 mean score of overall job satisfaction showed that graduates were highly satisfied in the job. It indicates that university was able to create a good foundation that resulted to the high level of satisfaction among the graduates. Adaptive skills had a mean score of 3.57, level of job satisfaction in terms of teamwork and interpersonal skills had a mean score of 3.6, technical and domain-specific knowledge had a mean score of 3.58 and lastly in terms of practicable skills had a mean score of 3.6 which interpreted that the graduates were highly satisfied in their job. Graduates were highly satisfied because their job provides the things that they value most and found that their job can help them with their growth career and develop their personality. Overall employer's job satisfaction had a very high mean score of 3.55. In terms of adaptive skills and attributes, the overall mean score was 3.45, which suggests that the graduates were able to develop innovative ideas or identify new opportunities, they have the capacity to understand different viewpoints and they have the capacity to work autonomously. When it comes to teamwork and interpersonal skills, the overall mean score was 3.55, it indicates that the employers are strongly agree with the ability of their employees to work cooperatively and productively with other team members to contribute to the outcomes of the team's work. In terms of technical skills and domain-- specific knowledge, the mean score was 3, 6, it suggests that the employers are satisfied with the of their employers to provide sufficient information and the ability to ensure that workplace policies were implemented. Lastly, the practical skills had a mean score of 3.59. It implies that the employers are satisfied with the consistency of their employees in fulfilling job commitments and obligations even under challenging situations and their employees had the ability to maintain, control and evaluate what needs to be done to accomplish work success. The result revealed that graduates and employers job satisfaction in terms of teamwork and interpersonal skills, technical and domain-specific knowledge and practicable skills has no significant difference. The null hypothesis was confirmed to be rejected. Furthermore, the results revealed that the graduates overall job satisfaction and employers overall job satisfaction has significant difference. The null hypothesis was confirmed to be accepted.
