The study was conducted from November 2017 to May 2018 at the Department of Industrial Engineering and Technology, Cavite State University, Indang Cavite to develop a High Sensitive Alcohol Sensor with Auto Car Ignition Disable Function. Specifically, it aimed to: 1. Design a circuit of a high sensitive alcohol sensor with auto car ignition disable function; 2. construct the high sensitive alcohol sensor with auto car ignition disable function; 3. Fabricate a casing for high sensitive alcohol sensor with auto car ignition disable function; test the performance of high sensitive alcohol sensor with auto car ignition disable function; 5. evaluate the performance of high sensitive alcohol sensor with auto car ignition disable function in terms of functionality, aesthetics, workability, durability, economy and safety. This project presents the integration of arduino uno, GSM module and relays to control the alcohol sensor. Arduino uno has an important role in the internal circuitry; inside the Arduino uno it has Atmega 328P-PU for the controls of the command needed in the whole circuitry. The GSM Module (Sim900) can accept commands from microcontroller UART. Speaker and Microphone Jacks onboard for voice. Onboard PCB antenna. It can do basic functions which can be done via normal phone like calling and send messages. Plug and play device, serial port and debug port can help user easily develop user's applications.
