This study was conducted in May 2021 at Cavite State University Main Campus to determine The Perceived Effects of Imagery in Team Sports Performance among the Athletes of Cavite State University Main Campus. Specifically, the study determined the demographic characteristic of the athletes in terms of their age, sex, playing years, type of team sports; determine the Perceived effects of imagery in terms of physical, social, spiritual, and emotional; and the study determined the effects of imagery in sports performance.
The participants were 79 Athletes in Cavite State University. They were selected using the Random Sampling technique. A survey was used to gather the data needed in the study.
This study could benefit the students, coaches, and future researchers. This study could give them further information about the perceived effects of imagery by Athletes school students. it can also be their source of information.
The result showed that there is no significant relationship between the demographic characteristics profiles of respondents to the effects of imagery in sports performance.
