The study was conducted at Cavite State University-Main Campus. It aimed to determine the level of awareness and implementation of Covid-19 Health Protocol in Cavite State University-Main Campus. As well as to determine the relationship between awareness and implementation. This study used descriptive correlation type of research wherein assessed the relationship of two variables. The primary source of data was taken directly from participants through online survey questionnaire. The research instrument used a Likert-scale type of questionnaire to assess the level of awareness and implementation of the respondents. The questionnaires that were distributed to the stakeholders showing their awareness and implementation of Covid-19 health protocol the questionnaires were content-based questions. The results showed that participants were highly aware and highly implemented of Covid-19 health protocols. Therefore, there was a significant relationship between the level of awareness and implementation. Keywords: awareness, implementation, Covid-19 health protocols.
