Olegario Jr. The design project LTO Licensing and Drive Testing Facility was conducted from June 2011 to March 2012 under the supervision of Arch. Epitacio A. Olegario.
The study aimed to establish site criteria, design criteria, design concept, form concept, and design philosophy to arrive at the most efficient site for the proposal and provide an effective design for the project. Based on the study, Barangay Cabuco, Trece Martires got the highest possibility of being the most efficient site for the proposal. At the end of the study, the researchers were able to provide a site development plan, necessary floor plans, elevations, sections and perspectives for architectural presentation, manuscript, and a scaled model presentation of the project.
