YouTube is one of the biggest, resourceful, and free media platforms anyone can use. Aside from being used for fun and entertainment purposes, YouTube has also become a platform for learning as it serves as one of the learning tools to deliver new information and connect to students. This research study attempted to seek how being exposed to YouTube helps students develop their competence in their grammar skills as well as pronunciation. Furthermore, this study also investigates if there is a relationship between the students' level exposure to YouTube in their grammar and pronunciation skills. The participants for this study are 36 selected graduating students of BAELS. Data and responses for this study are obtained through adapted standardized and validate questionnaires. The questionnaire data was then analyzed quantitatively using Frequency/Percentage method and Spearman's Product Moment Correlation. The findings of this study accept the null hypothesis in which there is no significant relationship between the students' level of exposure to YouTube in their grammar and pronunciation skills. Keywords: competency, English language, grammar, pronunciation, YouTube.
