Students and faculty members were facing some problems regarding the management of the department's capstone projects and theses. As a result, students were having a hard time gathering data from the capstone projects and theses of the department. The faculty members experiences difficulties in monitoring capstone projects and theses, also, the research coordinators were struggling to have a platform on where to inform all the people involved on the capstone projects/theses. The researchers of this study developed a Document Management and Repository System of Capstone Projects and Theses for Department of Information Technology of Cavite State University - Main Campus that aimed to facilitate the needs of the students so that it will be easier for the students to look for resources through student outputs like capstone projects and theses that they can use for their own research projects. Agile methodology was applied in developing the system. The system was evaluated using ISO 25010 standards: Functional suitability, performance efficiency, compatibility, usability, reliability, security, maintainability, and portability. A user acceptance testing is also conducted to test each module. Based on the combined inputs of the respondents comprised of 65 students, 10 faculty members, one research coordinator from BSIT and BSCS and 12 IT experts the results of the evaluation and testing are both "Excellent". According to their suggestions and comments we have identified some recommendations for the system.
