File Management System for the Procurement of Supplies, Materials, and Equipment in Cavite State University by application of technology used the computer to manage files needed for the procurement process.
The system also simplified the ways on how to repeat orders, the production of documents needed for the procurement process, manage supplier information, manipulation of prices that have been bid, files needed for the procurement process were produced and kept in order with the use of database.
Moreover, the processes involved in procurement were efficiently and accurately refined by the system. These changes were given much attention in order to achieve the desired goals of the system and assure that the clients get what they need and deserve.
