The City and Municipal Planning and Development employees' age ranged from 22 to 61 years with a mean of 43 years were, most of them were females and married. Majority of the employees were baccalaureate degree holders and had been in the service for about 15 to 21 years and had an annual income ranging from P 70,000 to P 248,000. More than three-fourths of the participants had either favorable or highly favorable attitude towards their work and supervisor. Almost all of the participants rated themselves as motivated to their work. Most of the participants rated themselves either satisfied or likewise highly satisfied on their job. Majority of them had outstanding and very satisfactory rating on the level of their job performance. There is no relationship between the demographic and socio-economic characteristics of the respondents and the level of their job performance, thus, the null hypothesis was accepted. On the other hand, there is a very significant relationship between the psychological characteristics and the level of job performance of the participants; hence, the null hypothesis was rejected.
