Their salary ranged from P 18,000.00 to P30,000.00 with an average of P 22,000.00 per month. Both male and female Alternative Learning System Implementers rated themselves as highly motivated while doing their jobs. Both of them had outstanding performance in terms of knowledge of the job, initiative and dependability, compatibility and cooperation, punctuality and attendance, relationship with others and relationship with co-worker and supervisor/unit head.
