Abstract: Three thousand and three hundred Ale-26 and Kisner chicks were used as the source of data in this surveyor Ninety eight percent of these chicks was reared to laying period and was used to determine the annual egg production for five years (1971-1975), average annual egg production percentage, cost of production, management practices, and problems encountered in the Pellets Poultry farm at Mahabang Kahoy, Indang, Cavite. The farm purchased day-old chicks from one of the well-known hat-chery farms in the country. During brooding to laying period, strict and enough floor space for feeding and watering were provided. Birds were gradually introduced to new things at all times to prevent changes in its genetic and economic potentialities* Poultry routinary jobs such as debeaking9 deworming, delousing, culling and selection were also regularly done to boost yearly egg production. The 1971-1975 average yearly egg production, average monthly - egg production, monthly percentage egg production, as well as yearly percentage egg production ranged from 79, 350 to 197,324 eggs, 6750 to 16527 eggs, 58% to 70%, and 56% to 68% respectively. The total cost of production, cost of production per bird per one production cycle, sales of eggs, and returns from 1971 to 1975 ranged from P17,033.00 to P52,789.00, P439 to P67,10, to P19,224 to P88,795.00 and P2,191.00 to P36,006.00 respectively, The 1971 production gave the least return amounting to P2,19400 and the 1975 production gave the highest return which amounted to P15,922.00 of 375 and 787 layers respectively. The total cost of production for five years was P177,397600 for 3,300 birds and gave a net return of P2,191.00 or equivalent to 454%. Increase in prices of feeds, medicines, and frequent abrupt changes of weather conditions that caused a mild reaction on the growth and production performance of the birds were the common problems ems countered by the farm,
