Abstract: SANTOS, ALDRIN P., Procurement and Distribution Process of Department of Education Division office of Cavite. An undergraduate Case Study. Bachelor of Science in business Management major in Operations Management. Cavite State University. May 2018. Adviser: Ms. Betsy Rose S. Fidel. This case study was conducted at Department of Education Division office of Cavite at Capitol Compound Brgy. Luciano Trece Martires City from January 16, 2018 to March 16, 2018. It aimed to: (1) determine the profile of the company in terms of: company history, organization and management and company mission and vision; (2) determine the procurement process of Department of Education in the Division office of Cavite; (3) determine the distribution process of Department of Education in the Division office of Cavite; (4) analyze the procurement and distribution process of books and office supplies using SWOT and fish bone analysis; (5) identify the problems encountered and recommend feasible solutions to identified problems on procurement and distribution process. The study focused in the analysis of procurement and distribution of the company. Data were gathered through personal interview with the staffs and employees and observation of the daily operations of the company. Other information were gathered from records maintained in the office files. This study presented some information in the company's history, organization and management. Descriptive method of analysis was used in analyzing the data regarding the procurement and distribution of Department of Education Division office of Cavite. DepEd Division office of Cavite provide quality service and education to the primary and secondary students.
