The study examined the relationship of demographic characteristics, consumer behavior and consumption level of selected coffee drinkers in Dasmarinas City, Cavite. Specifically, the researcher aims to identify and describe demographic characteristics, consumer behavior and consumption level, to know if there is a relationship between demographic characteristics, consumer behavior and consumption level and lastly, to enhance the Aguinaldo Blend Marketing Program. The study was conducted among 250 coffee drinkers from Dasmarinas City, Cavite. Researcher used descriptive-correlational design to describe the relationship among variables and utilized consumer behavior assessment. The findings revealed that majority of coffee drinkers in this study were 20 to 29, enter or accomplished college level, male, do not have stable monthly income and non-professional. Moreover, the overall consumer behavior is high and the consumption level of selected coffee drinkers for the amount of coffee is intense, moderate for frequency of drinking and light for number of visit to coffee shop. Moreover, the result generally found significant relationship between demographic characteristics and consumer behavior. However, not significant association was found between consumer behavior and consumption level, further, majority of demographic characteristics of coffee consumer also show a significant relationship with their consumption level.
