Abstract: RONARIO, DAISY JOY D. ‘GREEN WAVE’ LETTUCE PRODUCTION AND MARKETING. Entrepreneurial Development Project. Bachelor in Agricultural Entrepreneurship. Cavite State University, Indang, Cavite. June 2019. Adviser: Jo-an T. Ducducan. The project was conducted at Barangay Esperanza Alfonso Cavite from January to April 2019. It aimed to: (1) gain more knowledge and experience in lettuce production; (2) gain income from lettuce production, and (3) determine the profitability of lettuce production and marketing. This project was a sole proprietorship type of business with 300 square meters land area. The production enterprise has 3,000 lettuce plants. The production activities involved purchasing of seeds and other materials, preparing of land, preparing of Fermented Plant Juice, preparing of seedling boxes, caring and managing of the seedlings, hardening, transplanting watering, weeding, applying of FPJ, managing and controlling of pest, harvesting, post-harvest management, and marketing. The gross income amounted to P1 1,400.00. The net income was computed with a value ofP 1, 497.45. The return on investment (ROI) was 15.12%.
