Bachelor of Science in Psychology. Cavite State University, Indang, Cavite. April 2014 Adviser: Ms. Rolinda G. Parrerio. The study aimed to determine the relationship between gender, career interest, and educational preference of the students. Specifically the study aimed to know the career interest of the students in terms of being Realistic, Investigative, Artistic, Social, Enterprising, and Conventional and to know the educational preferences of the students. Out of 125 third and fourth year students of CVSU Science High School, 123 were the participants of the study. The researchers used descriptive correlational research design which show and describe the relationship of gender, career interest, and educational preference. The sampling used in this study was the availability sampling. The career interest and educational preference of the students were gathered and identified using Professed Interest Inventory. The career interest was based on the result of the Professed Interest Inventory while educational preferences were the courses of the students they would like to pursue in college. The gender was showed using frequency and percentage. There were 54 males and 69 females third and fourth year high school students. Career interests of the students were showed using mean and standard deviation. Career interests of male students got high level of interest in all domains of career. Career interests of female students got high level of interest in all domains of career same as the male students. Educational preferences were showed using frequency and percentage. Educational preferences of the male students fall under Business Related Courses while the educational preference of the female students fall under Engineering and Architecture Courses. The relationships of the -31ree variables were tested through the use of chi-square. The gender and career interest -713.5 no significant relationship because male and female students have almost the same ',merest nowadays. The gender and educational preference has no significant relationship :because nowadays male and female students have commonality in choosing a course in college. The career interest and educational preference has no significant relationship because the two variables were not related to each other, nowadays educational preferences are affected by several factors.
