This study was conducted from June to October 2012 to determine the tourists' satisfaction in Paradizoo, Mendez, Cavite. Specifically, this study aimed to determine the demographic profile of tourists' of Paradizoo; the level of satisfaction; the values gained by the tourists; and the evaluation of the tourists regarding their experiences at Paradizoo. The study was conducted using descriptive approach. The approach described and interpreted the necessary information in order to give description to the variables such as demographic profile of the tourists, services, facilities, personnel attitude, accessibility of the site, and values gained by the tourists. The participants of the study included 100 tourists of Paradizoo. A survey-questionnaire was utilized to gather data on tourists' satisfaction at Paradizoo. From the findings, Paradizoo met the level of satisfaction of their tourists and the result of this study could help Paradizoo to improve their services.
