Bachelor of Science in International Studies major in European Studies. Cavite State University. Indang, Cavite. November 2014. Adviser: Mr. Renato T. Agdalpen. The study dealt with the industrial cooperation in health sector between the Republic of the Philippines and the Republic of Austria. Specifically, the study aimed to: (1) discuss the various industrial cooperation agreements in health sector of the Philippines with the Austria; (2) identify and discuss the projects that had been done in industrial cooperation in health sector between Philippines and Austria; and (3) determine possible initiatives to improve industrial cooperation in health sector in the Philippines. Data gathered were presented by describing the information in the industrial cooperation agreement in health sector between Philippines and Austria; the projects that had been done in industrial cooperation in health sector between Philippines and Austria; and determine possible initiatives to improve industrial cooperation in health sector in the Philippines. Based on the result, the study found out that there is only one agreement between the Philippines and Austria which aimed to promote and to strengthen long-term cooperation for the mutual benefit of the Philippines and Austria by drawing the opportunities offered in the health sector. There were four finished projects: (1)construction and supply of medical equipment in Mindanao Cancer Center in Davao Regional Hospital, Tagum City; (2) medical equipment package for Agoo Provincial Hospital; (3) redevelopment of the Lung Center of the Philippines; and (4) hospital waste disposal facilities and equipment upgrading in DOH retained hospitals.
