The software entitled Microbiology and Parasitology: An On-line Computer Aided Instruction, featured the topics on the subject that can be used as a learning supplementary tool to ordinary classroom instruction in the form of software. It is an educational tool that enhances the learning process. The study gives benefit to students particularly those who taking up Microbiology and Parasitology, and to the instructors. This study composed of four chapters: Microbiology', Parasitology; Bacteria; and Viruses. Examination will be given after every chapter, to test or evaluate how much the student learned. The data was based from the books, encyclopedia, and surfing through the Internet. Fourth Generation Technique was the method used in the software. It also used PHP as the scripting language, Dream weaver for the design of the web page, MYSQL for the database and apache as server. This On-line CAI has three level of access: The administrator, the instructors and the students.
