Bachelor of Science in Psychology. Cavite State University. April 2016. Thesis Adviser: Ms. Czherie Fei Ledesma. The study entitled “ Patience, Dedication, and Satisfaction of the Traffic Enforcers in 4" District of Cavite aimed to determine the level of patience of the participants; level of work dedication of the participants; level of work satisfaction of the participants; relationship between level of patience and work dedication of the participants; relationship between level of patience and work satisfaction of the participants and relationship between level of work dedication and work satisfaction of the participants. The study was conducted from December 2015 to January 2016. Descriptive- Correlational was the research design used by the researchers. The participants were 50 traffic enforcers. The instruments used in the study were fifteen (15) item researchers made-test for patience, twenty (20) item modified test for the work dedication and twenty (20) item modified test for work dedication were utilized to gather the needed data. Based on the data gathered, most of the traffic enforcers had average patience level, average dedication level and high satisfaction level. The result revealed that the patience level and work dedication of the traffic enforcers had a significant relationship, the patience level and work satisfaction of the traffic enforcers had no significant relationship, and the work dedication and work satisfaction of the traffic enforcers had no Significant relationship.
