This study was conducted to evaluate the resilience level, social adjustment and perceived social stigma of rehabilitated drug abusers from Narcotics Anonymous Philippines. Specifically, this study aimed to identify the resilience level of the rehabilitated drug abusers; determine the level of social adjustment of the rehabilitated drug abusers; recognize the level of perceived social stigma of the rehabilitated drug abusers; examine if there is a significant relationship between resilience level and social adjustment of selected rehabilitated drug abusers; identify if there is a significant relationship between resilience level and perceived social stigma of selected rehabilitated drug abusers; and analyze if there is a significant relationship between social adjustment and perceived social stigma of selected rehabilitated drug abusers from Narcotics Anonymous Philippines. The researchers used descriptive correlational type of study to determine the relationship of resilience level, social adjustment and perceived social stigma. The participants included 61 rehabilitated drug abusers from Narcotics Anonymous Philippines. The researchers used three sets of questionnaires to gather information needed in this study. The Resilience Scale which is composed of 20 items; Social Adjustment Scale which is composed of 25 items; and Perceived Social Stigma which is composed of 20 items. Based on the obtained results, it revealed that majority of the participants have average level of resilience, social adjustment and perceived social stigma. It also revealed that there were significant relationships between resilience level, social adjustment and perceived social stigma.
