Abstract: An Income Generating Project was performed from October 12, 1981 to February 28, 1982 for a period of five months in Barrio Lumipa, General Emilio Aguinaldo, Cavite. The main objective of the Farm Practice is to ob-tain better income in terms of production generated from the project like mongol corn, peanut etc. This is done to implement the acquired agricultural skills and ability of the student and to give valuable information and advice on the cultural management of the crops to the farmers. Planting of mongo seeds was done on October 23, 1981 and harvesting of dry pods was done on December 29, 1981 approximately sixty-eight days after planting. Actual amount of loan obtained from the Income Gene-rating Project or IGPL was P379.00. The input expenses include two bags of complete fertilizer, pesticides allo-wance, contingencies of 10% and interest of 11% per annum. Returned of 30 gantas of mongo beans sold at P25.00 per ganta gained a total gross income of P750.00. The actual inputs expenses was P357.00 and the farmers had a total net labor income of P393.00.
