Abstract: ALENO, VIVIENNE C. and MANALO, JENNA C. E-Learning System in Speech Communication of Cavite State University Indang, Cavite. Undergraduate Thesis. Bachelor of Science in Information Technology. Cavite State University, Indang, Cavite. April 2016. Adviser: Mr. Mark Philip M. Sy. The study was conducted to develop an E-learning system of Cavite State University Indang, Cavite that would serve as an additional tool to enhance the quality and learning process in Speech Communication subject. Specifically, it aimed to identify the problem through interview and survey, analyze the problem using fishbone diagram, design an E-learning system with the use of use case and theoretical framework, develop the system with the use of PHP as scripting language, XAMPP, MySQL for databases, and evaluate the system through integration, acceptance, and unit testing. The system was composed of five (5) modules: account module, profile management module, content management module, collaborative module, and report module. It provides functionality that allows teacher to manage all the records and information of the students making it secure and easy to retrieve. The system is capable of handling accounts of the administrator, teacher, and students of the organization. Furthermore, the system also provides reports. The methodology used in the system was Iterative Development Model. It was composed of the following phases: planning, analysis and design, implementation, and evaluation.
