The study was conducted to determine the relationship of the stress level, stress manifestations and the health status of the selected nonacademic personnel in Cavite States University Main Campus. This study also determines their stress level in terms of physical, mental, and emotional stress. And after determining their kind of stress, the study also aimed to answer the degree of the stress manifestations of the participants, and how the stress can affect the individuals' health. A total of sixty-six respondents consisting of twenty-one (21) field workers and forty-five (45) office workers participated in the research The quantitative method and descriptive research design and purposive sampling were used as research methodology in the study. The Adaptation to College Questionnaire (SACQ) was used to assess the respondents "Stress Level, Stress Manifestations and Health Status of Selected Non- Academic Personnel in Cavite State University, Main Campus". The statistical treatments used in the study were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Spearman Rho Chi-square to determine the correlation coefficient. Results revealed that the participants have moderate level of stress in terms of physical, mental, and emotional stress. Likewise, the study showed significant positive correlations between the demographic variables (age, sex, religion, and type of family) Physical Stress, Mental Stress, Emotional Stress and Stress Manifestations Based on the moderate level score of the respondents, it was concluded that both the respondents, andthe administration should design an intervention and workshops and utilize the orientation programs as potent resources to build positive effect on the non academic awareness and knowledge on issues that may be helpful to their working environment and conditions of their safety, security as employee.
