The study, Development of Tutoriancy: An Android Application Reviewer for Qualifying Examination for Incoming Third Year BS Accountancy Students in Cavite State University — Main Campus was conducted from May 2017 to November 2018 in Cavite State University, which aimed to develop a mobile application examination reviewer for particularly the qualifying examination for BS Accountancy students to help the students who want to have a handy offline digital reviewer. Specifically, the study aimed to: 1. develop a module that provide a right information needed by the students during the review; 2. develop a module that produces a game phase to warm up and entertainment for the students; 3. develop a module that displays a pointer to review. Iterative methodology was used in the development of the mobile application. Series of interview was conducted to gather pertinent of data. The app was developed using Ci# programming language. The system was evaluated by 50 second year BS Accountancy's students from College of Economics and Management Development, and ten (10) IT experts from the Department of Information Technology of Cavite State University, Indang, Cavite. The system passed all the given criteria having the mean average of 4.60 and standard deviation average of 0.51 equivalent to excellent rating. Therefore, met all the aimed features and functionalities as well as the requirements and objectives.
