Cavite State University, Indang, Cavite. June 2018. Adviser: Ms. Lina C. Abogadie. A three-month enterprise development project was conducted from January 8 to April 8, 2018. The project aimed to widen the knowledge and experiences by operating an actual business, determine the profitability of the business, identify effective strategies in operating a distribution type of business and identify problems encountered in the operation of the business and suggest possible solutions for its future operation. The project covered the different areas of management such as production, marketing and finance. The project was operated as partnership type of business among the three owners. All the activities and operations were performed by them. The business offered dishwashing liquid in different scents, namely: apple, bubble gum, calamansi and lemon and were available in 500m1 pump bottles. Selling of the products was done by the owners and their 44 dealers. The dealers were composed of third year BSBM marketing students from the CEMDS, Cavite State University. The products were sold to the municipality of Indang, Cavite State University Indang Campus, Department of Agrarian Reform in Trece Martires City, Mercury Drugstore in Salinas, Phase 5 in Salawag, Dasmarinas and to the Civil Service Commission office in Quezon City. Because of this project, the students' capabilities in business management, problem solving, marketing strategies and social relationships were developed and improved. From the three-month operation, CLEANY BLAST had a total sale of Php 81, 411.00 and earned a net profit of Php 21, 651.00. One of the major problems encountered during the operation was low sales at regular price due to the competition between the owners and the dealers. Another problem encountered was the changes of raw materials from the supplier that caused inconsistency of the dishwashing solution which also caused customers' complaints.
