Online resources: Abstract: BAÑAS, ARCHEL L., and GADDI, AIDALY JOY N. Design and Development of a Fried Miki Maker. Undergraduate Design Project. Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering. Cavite State University, Indang, Cavite. June 2018, Adviser: Mr. Benevenido C. Sarmiento Jr. The design project was conducted to design and develop a Fried Miki Maker Specifically, It aimed to design and construct the controller circuit Of the system, design and fabricate the body of the automated fried miki maker, develop an Arduino program to control the system, test and evaluate the performance of the system which includes speed of operation, efficiency of each unit and output quality, and lastly to conduct cost benefit analysis of the machine. The system was composed of dispensing process, noodle forming process, transfer process, boiling process, drying process, and frying process. The fried Miki maker was developed to expand the food business of snacks and was beneficial to the small-scale entrepreneurs involved in food processing business. This was by earning additional income that derived from making snacks from flour. The maker was developed to lessen a number of human works and reduced the maximum time for Pancit Miki before it fried and produce a large amount of product per day. The system was designed and developed at Trece Martirez City, Cavite and Batangas City from October 2017 to January 2018. It was evaluated at the Department of Computer and Electronics Engineering, College of Engineering and Information Technology. The objectives of the study were met and the machine provided a better performance, in terms of efficiency and speed of operation.
