Abstract: A farm practice was conducted at Chavez Poultry Farm, Aguado, Trece Martires, Cavite from November 14 to December 24, 1997. A total of 2,404 birds was recovered out of 2,500 birds raised, with 3.84 percent mortality. The birds consumed a total of 8,500 kg of feeds or an average of 3.55 kg. After 41 days, an average final body weight of 1.7 kg was attained giving a feed conversion efficiency of 2.08 kg. The project had a gross income of P 7,847.80 with actual expenses of P 157,248.35. A net income of P 31,599.45 was realized, resulting in. a 20.09 percent return on investment.
