This study was conducted to assess the effects of K-12 voucher assistance to profitability and expenditures of Private Senior High Schools in the cites of Cavite. Specifically, this study aimed to: (1) identify the school profile of private senior high schools in the cities of Cavite; (2) analyze the effects of K-12 voucher assistance to the trend analysis of profitability of private senior high schools in the cities of Cavite; (3) analyze the effects of K-12 voucher assistance to the trend analysis of expenditures of private senior high schools in the cities of Cavite; (4) illustrate the effect of supplementary K-12 voucher assistance to the total revenue of private senior high schools through revenue percentage; (5) identify the highest and lowest allocation of expenditures before and after the implementation of K-12; (6) forecast the sales of private schools with senior high in the cities of Cavite; (7) identify the problems encountered in the implementation of K-12 Voucher program. The study was conducted from January to April 2019 in the cities of Cavite namely; Bacoor, Cavite City, Dasmarinas, General Trias, Imus, Tagaytay and Trece Martires City. This study used the descriptive method of research. This method was utilized to assess the researchers' study and to show the trends of revenue and expenditures of private senior high school. The statistical tools used were mean computation, frequency and percentages. Out of 162 private senior high schools, only 17 schools participated on the study due to data privacy law. Based on the results of the study, the revenue trend of private senior high schools has increased over the years due the changes in the educational system, which is the K-12 program that also provided a supplementary K-12 Voucher Assistance, which awarded to various students who mostly were from public schools. In line with this, the study was also able to assess the expenditure allocation of private schools prior and after the implementation of K-12 Program.
