Abstract: The project was conducted to provide the farmer additional information on the different management practices involved in broiler production. One hundred birds were brooded in a brooding house for three (3) weeks and then at the fourth week, they were transferred to a well disinfected growing house. Commercial feeds were given ad libitum; likewise, clean tap water was provided. Water soluble supplement and antibiotics were also given to the birds. Mortality rate reached up to 1% only during the brooding period. Chicks were sold at the age of seven weeks with the average 1.5 kgs live weight at 212.00 per kilogram. The average income of 24.45 per bird was met by the producer. A total of 148.5 kilograms of broiler was obtained from the project with a total feed consumption of 352 kilograms and feed efficiency of 2.4. The total expenses of the project amounted to P1,352.90 and the computed total income was P1,796.00. Based on the findings, it is concluded that broiler production is really a profitable enterprise. It could be noted that for a period of seven weeks, the raiser was able to produce a net income of P443.10. On the other hand, proper care and management would assure the raiser a greater net income.
