Undergraduate Thesis. AB Political Science. Cavite State University. April 2014. Thesis Adviser: Mr. Renato T. Agdalpen. This study sought to determine the levels of efficiency and effectiveness of the four core offices of Cavite Provincial Government in relation to the standards set by the International Organization for Standardization. Specifically. it also aimed to determine the efficiency level of the four core offices as perceived by the selected employees of the Provincial Government of Cavite and its effectiveness level as perceived by the selected clients serviced by the Provincial Government of Cavite in relation to the standards set by International Organization for Standardization based on the following criteria: Customer Focus; Leadership; Involvement of people; Process approach: System approach to management; Continual improvement; Factual approach to decision making: and Mutually beneficial supplier relationships. It also aims to determine the significant difference between levels of efficiency of the four core offices as perceived by the selected employees to the levels of effectiveness as perceived by the selected clients of the Provincial Government of Cavite. This study used the descriptive-correlation design for deeper understanding of a phenomenon on the basis of an in-depth study of the variables. The descriptive research was used to determine the levels of efficiency and effectiveness of the selected offices of Cavite Provincial Government in terms of the following above-mentioned criteria. Correlation involves the interpretation of the meaning and significant relationship, it was 1 used to determine the significant difference between the level of efficiency of the selected offices of Cavite Provincial Government to the level of effectiveness. the overall results of the study were presented as follows: The four core offices of the Provincial Government particularly, the Provincial Assessor's Office, the Provincial Treasurer's Office, the sangguniang Panlalawigan obtained an Overall Rating of Very High Efficiency Level which led to a Significant results as perceived by the selected employees. Meanwhile, the results of the second problem were also presented as follows: The four core offices of the Provincial Government particularly, the Provincial Assessor's Office, the Provincial Treasurer's Office, the Sangguniang Panlalawigan obtained an Overall Rating of Very High Efficiency Level which led to a Not Significant results as perceived by the selected clients.
