In addition, the following tools were used to develop the system, Windows 8, PHP, and MySQL. Two hundred sixty-six participants composed of 250 students, six (6) signatories and ten (10) instructors were chosen randomly as respondents with the following criteria: functionality, reliability, usability, efficiency, maintainability, portability, and user-friendliness. The system passed all the given criteria in the evaluation and met all necessary requirements.
