The study aimed to: 1) describe the demographic profile of the student-leaders and faculty members' participants; 2) determine the level awareness among student-leaders and faculty members on ISO 9001 and other relevant aspects; 3) determine the level of perception of the participants on the readiness of Cavite State University to ISO 9001:2015 certification: 4)determine the significant difference on the level of awareness on ISO 9001 and other relevant aspects between the selected student-leaders and faculty members; 5) determine the significant difference on the level of perception between the student-leaders and faculty members as to the readiness of CvSU to ISO 9001:2015 certification; 6) determine the relationship between the demographic profile of the participants and their level of awareness on ISO 9001 and other relevant aspects; and 7) determine the relationship between the demographic profile of the participants and their level of perception on the readiness of CvSU to ISO 9001: 2015 Certification. A total of 142 student leaders and 144 faculty members served as participants of the study. The content of survey instrument which was adapted from SGS ISO 9001:2015 READINESS CHECKLIST, ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System — The 2008 to 2015 Gap Analysis Checklist and BSI ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management, Self-Assessment Questionnaire: How ready are you for ISO 9001:2015? More than half of student leader's participants were males, had mean age of 20 years, large percentage were from College of Engineering and Information Technology (CEIT) and the College of Economics, Management and Development Studies (CEMDS); largely in their 4th year and 3rd year of schooling with leadership position as President and Vice President with 8 months mean length of service as leaders. Among faculty members, more than half of them were females, with a mean age of 37 years, highest educational attainment was PhD graduate and the lowest was with MS/MA units, many had master's degree; many had an academic rank of Instructor, and only 15 percent had administrative position, mostly supervisory. Level of awareness on ISO 9001 differed significantly between student leaders and faculty members. Faculty members' level of awareness on ISO 9001 was moderately aware while slightly aware among the student-leaders. There was no significant difference on the level of perception between the student-leaders and faculty members as to the readiness of CvSU to ISO 9001:2015 Certification. Both of them perceived CvSU as nearly ready to ISO 9001:2015 Certification. Participants' age had significant relationship to their level of awareness on ISO 9001. Demographic profile of participants had no significant relationship to their perceived readiness of CvSU to ISO 9001:2015 Certification.
