Abstract: LUNA, CHRISTINE M. and PANGANIBAN,CLOUDINE R. 3D Virtual Model System for Colegio De San Francisco - General Trias, Cavite. Undergraduate Thesis Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, Cavite State University, Indang, Cavite, March 2013. Adviser: Ms. Charlotte B. Carandang. A system allowed users to accomplish a virtual tour without the need of actual going into Colegio De San Francisco building with the use of computers where they can freely walk around the school premises. A study was conducted to develop stand-alone application software, 3D Virtual Model of school's facilities, rooms, and laboratories and 2D Directory of Colegio De San Francisco in which students and visitors of the school building can use as a guide in finding rooms. It also presents 3D animation that provides direction in going to an intended room with a brief description of selected room and it also presents 3D animation that provides direction in going to the particular room, The system used Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0, Microsoft Access, Unity, Google SketchUp, Adobe After Effects and Adobe Photoshop. Its development follows every phase of Prototyping Model: Planning, Analysis, Design, Testing, System Prototype, Final Implementation. system was evaluated by ninety (90) students and ten (10) staff check the system’s functionalities. It was evaluated by its accuracy, consistency, correctness, reliability, user interaction and technical aspects of the software and materials. The result of the evaluation shows that the system was up to standard. The system passed all the given criteria and standards of the evaluation and rated as Outstanding.
