Field Study, Bachelor of Science in Development Management major in Training Program Management. Cavite State University, Indang, Cavite. April 2003. Adviser: Dr. Antonio G. Papa. A field study was conducted in Agricultural Training Institute- Regional Training Center IV, Trece Martires City, Cavite .to acquire further knowledge and experience on the activities of the Center and to enable the trainee to apply his knowledge learned from the classroom especially in training operations. It specifically aimed for the author to get exposed to and if possible, learn the various activities of the Center, and identify the problems encountered by the Center. The data and information were gathered through formal and informal personal interviews with the officer in charge and staff of the Center who were knowledgeable regarding specific matters in management. Additional information were gathered through the manuals and different pamphlets provided by the Center. Problems encountered in the Center include the insufficient budget in the training operation and insufficient number of staff. Lack of people in the office made it hard for the Center to perform other activities. During the conduct of the field study, knowledge was gained in performing some activities particularly in training operation. At the same time, self- confidence and sense of responsibility were developed. Relating with different people was also learned.

A field study was conducted in Agricultural Training Institute- Regional Training Center IV, Trece Martires City, Cavite .to acquire further knowledge and experience on the activities of the Center and to enable the trainee to apply his knowledge learned from the classroom especially in training operations.
