A 480 - hour field study was conducted at GTB Industrial Network, Inc. (GINI), a trading company located at 1150 President Quirino Avenue Extension, Paco Manila. This study aimed to apply the knowledge acquired in the classroom discussion.
The necessary data and information were obtained from the company record/files and through research, observation and personal interview with the Sales and Marketing Department and staff of the company.
The field study conducted provided wide experiences to the student to develop their skills particularly on the use of office equipment and machine.
GTB Industrial Network, Inc. (GINI) is well known as a leading supplier of electronic products in Metro Manila and nearby provinces. It is an affiliated company of Asiaphil Manufacturing Industries, Inc. and its major concern is to sell their principal products.
GTB Industrial Network Inc. (GINI) is a major supplier of electrical distribution and control products, such as circuit breakers; industrial controls; industrial relays and timers; control accessories and capacitors.
During the span of training in Sales Marketing, the following skills were develop: preparation of documents like invoice sales and delivery receipt, recording; filing; photocopying; use of fax machine; computer and electric typewriter; book binding and computing commission estimates of every salesman.
