One of the objectives of this study is to determine the level of implementation of regulating the use of plastic bags and Styrofoam in the city. They also aim to determine the implications and to give suggestions on how to improve the regulation of using plastic bags and Styrofoam in the City of Dasmarinas. The researchers focused on the level of Implementation and determined the Implication of the City ordinance. Researchers started conducting surveys and interviews from March to April 2022, and in April 2022, the researcher provided the results of the study. The researchers conducted interviews in all the barangays in Dasmarinas, Cavite. There were 225 participants, 3 respondents in each barangay. Descriptive research design was employed in the study and, through quota sampling and using a questionnaire developed for the purpose and analyzed the level of Implementation. While thematic analysis was made to treat the gathered data from the interview, then came up with the conclusion for the study. The study revealed that the city ordinance No. 03-S- 2012 is not effectively implemented. A lack of information dissemination and cooperation amongst community members is the major problem affecting the implementation of the ordinance. To alleviate problems involved in the implementation, an improvement plan is proposed by the researchers.
