Olo A three—month field study was conducted at Jami's Earn, (an anthurium cut flower producer in Barrio Carasuchi, Indang, Cavite) to apply gained knowledge, skills, and tools in Agribusiness management to real life situations and experience . During the conduct of the study, a number of problems were identified, and possible solutions were. recommended . Information and data were gathered through observation and personal interviews with the farm manager, and also through actual participation in different activities of the tarn. Other data were taken from the file of the farm. It was observed that the business was confronted with different problems. First of all, the farm is in need of workers who will perform the daily activities . It also lacks complete records of the business. Jani ' s Earn has established very limited outlet only for its produce and does not even advertise its product to attract customers . With the above observations the author recommends that the farm should hire extra manpower if ever there will be more activities to be done in the farm; a reliable record keeper from among the personnels should be designated to have a systematic file of records. Efforts must be taken in promoting the products and in looking for more outlets.
