Bachelor of Science in Business Management major in Financial Management. Cavite State University, Indang, Cavite. June 2021. Adviser: Ms. Princess P. Baybay The main objective of the study was to describe the level of financial stress and well-being of private school teachers in selected areas of Cavite. The study applied descriptive and correlational research designs. The participants of the study, specifically the 140 private school teachers in top five areas of Cavite which has the largest numbers of private schools, were chosen using Z-score to determining of reliable sample size for unknown population. Data were collected through survey questionnaires which were distributed electronically using Google survey forms. Data were analyzed using analysis and Spearman's Rank Correlation for identifying the relationship between the variables. The results revealed that the participants, have a moderate level of financial stress in terms of debt and income, and good financial well-being in terms in terms of financial behavior and financial satisfaction. Moreover, it was found that there is a significant relationship between number of financial dependents and financial stress in terms of income in selected areas of Cavite. Furthermore, it was revealed that there is a significant relationship between number of years in service and financial well-being in terms of financial satisfaction of the private school teachers in selected areas of Cavite. The participants still showed feelings of negative financial state. Implications of the study recommend that they pay attention to this area to avoid a negative effect on their psychological and financial well-being.
