This study was conducted among 221 selected adolescents having unemployed fathers in Tagaytay City National High School, Tagaytay City from December 2010 to January 2011. It aimed to determine the profile, personality traits and interpersonal relationships of the adolescents. It also sought to: (l) determine the profile of the respondents in terms of age, gender and number of years father does not have a regular job; (2) determine the personality traits of the respondents in terms of introvert and extrovert; (3) determine the level of interpersonal relationship in terms of father, mother, siblings, peers, neighbors and authority; (4) determine if there is a significant relationship between profile and personality traits Of the respondents; (5) determine if there is a significant relationship between profile and level of interpersonal relationship of the respondents; and (6) determine the if there is a significant relationship between personality traits and level of interpersonal relationship of the respondents. The study used Descriptive-Correlational Design. The respondents were composed of students having unemployed fathers in Tagaytay National High School. The respondents were asked to answer the Introvert-Extrovert Checklist and Interpersonal Relationship Test Questionnaires. Mean and standard deviation were used to determine the profile, personality traits and level of interpersonal relationship. Chi-square was also used to know the existing relationship among the variables. The findings of the study showed that majority of the respondents were in the age of 13 and mostly males. It also revealed that several of the respondents have unemployed fathers for three to five years. It also revealed that the respondents have introvert personality traits. The findings also show that the respondents have average interpersonal relationship with their father, mother, and peers while, low in the interpersonal relationship with their siblings, neighbors, and authorities. Moreover, the findings revealed that there is a significant relationship between profile and personality traits. Profile and level of interpersonal relationship is also significant to each other. Finally, results showed that personality traits and level of interpersonal relationship are positively related with each other.

Moreover, the findings revealed that there is a significant relationship between profile and personality traits. Profile and level of interpersonal relationship is also significant to each other. Finally, results showed that personality traits and level of interpersonal relationship are positively related with each other.
