The study was conducted from February 2021 to May 2021 to the livelihood grantees of Barangay Molino III, Bacoor City, Cavite. The main objective was to assess the socio-economic condition of livelihood grantees in Barangay Molino III, Bacoor City, Cavite. It specifically aimed to answer the: (1) demographic profile of the participants; (2) assess the socio-economic condition of the participants; (3) situation of the participants before and after the livelihood assistance was granted; (4) suggestions can be drawn from the participants to improve their present economic condition due to pandemic. Through interview via phone call and online via messenger application, whichever was most convenient for the participants. Majority of the participants were low-income earners which ranges from 3,000-6,000 pesos monthly prior to the COVID- 19 pandemic. During the pandemic, the earned income falls and increased the number of grantees which earned from ranges 3,000-6,000 pesos monthly. Researchers concluded that the livelihood program truly helps people in generating income to meet their daily needs. The barangay had no activities or responses done to its livelihood constituents during the COVID-19 pandemic.
