Abstract: BARBUCO, CHRISTOPHER ANDREW T. AGOS: A Proposed Coastal Mixed-Use Development with Waterfront Park. Undergraduate Thesis. Bachelor of Science in Architecture. Cavite State University, Indang, Cavite. July 2022. Adviser: Arch. Kathleen N. Bescaser. The study entitled "AGOS, A Garden Oasis by the Sea" was conducted from September 2020 to June 2022 at the Bacoor Reclamation and Development Project located along the coast of Manila Bay in the territorial jurisdiction of Bacoor City to provide a mixed-use development that would solve the social problems in Cavite caused by the rapid growth of their population. The development would have a housing unit that caters to all the possible migrants from Metro Manila to Cavite. Also, it would have an institutional building with elementary and junior high school education that would provide comfort and a healthy environment to its user. There would be a commercial and an office building to produce more jobs in the province to help them with their daily living. Lastly, an urban park would be included in this development to boost tourism in Cavite and provide a greener space for the people. The researcher conducted data gathering, site analysis, architectural programming, and conceptualization to establish the best design approach in planning and designing the proposed project and produce fully rendered architectural presentation drawings and a flythrough/walkthrough presentation. The selected site was islands 3 and 4 of the Bacoor Reclamation and Development Project with an area of 45 hectares and owned by the Government of Bacoor.
