Abstract: ALFON, JHON MICHAEL R. and RABINO, MELODY ROSE L. Development of Online Enrollment System for Lapidario Elementary School. Undergraduate Capstone Project. Bachelor of Science in Information Technology. Cavite State University, Indang, Cavite. July 2022. Adviser: Prof. Vanessa G. Coronado The study was conducted from June 2021 to April 2022 in the Lapidario Elementary School to provide an enrolment system for the Lapidario Elementary School to help and improve their services to their students. The developed online enrollment system consists of six (6) modules: account management, student information, enrollment management, admission, promotion, and report generation. The system was developed following the Agile Methodology using PHP programming language. The system passed several system testings performed by the researchers indicating that the software conforms with the expected output. The system was evaluated by 73 participants based on its reliability, usability, efficiency, maintainability, portability, and user-friendliness. The system obtained an overall mean of 4.63 with a descriptive value of "Excellent ". This means that the software met all of the evaluation criteria and the requirements of the expected client. The researchers concluded that the developed online enrollment system provides a convenient and more organized enrollment process that will help both Lapidario Elementary School and the parents of students. To further enhance the system, several recommendations are recommended: randomize the selection of students for easy sectioning; parents are updated or notified through a short message service (SMS); students can create their user accounts, and students and their parents can view their grades through the student portal.
