Abstract: CARLITO, RUEL A., and OLIMPIADA, ARIEL E. INFORMATION SYSTEM FOR BUKAS PALAD TAGAYTAY FOUNDATION. Undergraduate Thesis: Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, Cavite State University, Indang, Cavite. December 2021 Adviser: Ms. Joy M. Peji. The Information System for Bukas Palad Tagaytay Foundation was designed to modernize the foundation's storing of scholars' information from logbooks to computer databases through computerized record encoding and retrieval in order to provide accurate information for the foundation's overall service enhancement. The system design was developed based on the three modules using the agile methodology to ensure that it was developed efficiently through these phases: requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and review. The Information System was designed to meet all of the organization's needs and features. Since digitalization and advanced analytics are growing, and the amount of data in and around organizations is growing, the information system can be utilized by staff and admin to manage the academics' information as well as the foundations' information. Information systems are possible web systems that can aid organizations by decreasing staff overload in the face of growing volumes of data. The information system was rated excellent by all the participants in all identified criteria, such as functionality, reliability, usability, and user- friendliness. They stated that the system had passed, completed, and met all the needed requirements, achieving the objectives of the study. The results were gathered, analyzed, and statistically treated using the mean and standard assessment methods.
