Cavite State University, Indang, Cavite. June 2022. Adviser: Prof. Keno S, Domingo. The improvement design project shows how the Engine system of the Toyota 4age became more efficient and delivers more performance to give gratification to the driver on pushing the engine to its limit by reaching the red line including not tearing the engine parts of each system. Engine System is a full system of an engine, which shows how the Engine operates in each system and especially by improving the intake system of the engine it will perform well. The project aims to upgrade the existing development design of a Toyota 4age engine system to become trainer in function on an engine system. It has eight main systems of a Engine, beginning framework, fuel framework, start framework, cooling framework, oil framework, consumption framework, exhaust framework, charging framework. The ECU (computer box) is the brain of the engine system that monitors each system in the engine and gives signal on the parts on the engine to perform the tasks in the engine system. The upgrade design project was properly tested and evaluated by automotive instructors and Automotive students. The upgrade trainer proved that the Toyota 4AGE Engine System operate well in time of use. The design project contributed to help the Automotive students to learn the function and parts of the Individual Throttle Bodies. The total cost spent on this upgrade in instructional trainer was Php.20,OOO.OO.
