Cavite State University, Indang, Cavite. April 2011 Adviser. Prof. Gilberto S. David. The field study was conducted at Hyundai Alabang, Inc. located at Alabang Zapote Road, Almanza Uno, Las Pifias City. It aimed to describe the organization and management of the firm, identify the marketing strategies used by the firm, and identify the problems encountered and recommend feasible solutions. Descriptive method was used to describe the company’s marketing strategy, organization and management, plans, and the problems encountered by the firm. Figures and tables were used to present the products and their prices, place of sale, and the promotion tools used by the firm. Hyundai Alabang, Inc. operations started from March 23, 2003 up to the present. The dealership area which covers a total of 3,000 square meters is designed and constructed in global standards according to Hyundai Asia Resources, Inc. The firm is a franchise dealer of high performance Passenger Cars (PC) and Light Commercial Vehicles (LCV). Passengers Cars (PC) are Getz, Accent, i10, i30, Elantra, Azera, Genesis, Genesis Coupé, and Sonata, while Light Commercial Vehicles (LCV) are Porter, Vera Cruz, Grand Starex, Tucson, and Sta. Fe. The major problems encountered by the firm were the inadequacy of supply of units, especially the Tucson model and the complaints of the clients regarding the delay in the issuance of LTO plates and stickers.
