Abstract: PINEDA, CELINA T., TALIB, RAMAIDA C., TINGSON, CLARISSE C. Academic Self-efficacy and Student-teacher Interactivity as a Motivational Factor for Academic Performances of the CvSU BS Nursing Students. Undergraduate Thesis. Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Cavite State University, Indang, Cavite. February 2023. Adviser: Nenita B. Panaligan RN, MAN. Co-Adviser: Sunny Rose Ferrera RN, MAN. The study is entitled "Academic Self-efficacy and Student-teacher Interactivity as a Motivational Factor for Academic Performances of the CVSU BS Nursing Students". The main objective of the study is to determine the relationship between academic self-efficacy and student-teacher interactivity as motivational factors to the students' academic performances. This was conducted from March 2021 to June 2022, with the Nursing students of Cavite State University. The researchers utilized a Descriptive Correlational design and used stratified random sampling as a method of selecting participants. Survey questionnaires were sent online through google forms to the participants. An informed consent was executed which includes that all information taken is confidential and for research purposes only. There are a total of 276 participants who answered the survey questionnaire, and the demographic profile shows that the majority of participants are female, ages 21 years old, level 2 nursing students, and regular students. In addition, the GPA of the participants ranges from 1.00-1.24, being the highest, to 2.00-2.24, being the lowest grade. The majority of the students have a range GWA of I .50-1.74. Upon processing the collected data, the researchers found out that the level of Academic self-efficacy of students is high and the level of Student-teacher interactivity is low. Furthermore, multiple regressions were used to determine the significant relationship between the respondent's demographic profile to their academic performance. It shows that age and classification were significant predictors of academic performance. It was also used to determine the association of students' Academic self-efficacy and Student-teacher interactivity to their Academic Performance. Findings show that the null hypothesis is rejected as Academic self-efficacy and Student-teacher interactivity significantly predicts the students' Academic performance.
